- Access logs: 12 months maximum.

- Carriers and logistics providers (DHL, local agents) for delivery.
- Payment service providers (PCI-DSS certified).
- Transactional email and SMTP providers.
- Hosting providers (server located in the EU).
- Competent authorities where required by law.
All processors have signed a data processing agreement. We make no international transfers outside the European Economic Area, except to providers covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption on all pages, password hashing (bcrypt), role-based access restrictions, periodic backups, a web application firewall and dependency auditing.

9. Minors
The site is intended for adults. If we detect that a minor has provided their data, we will delete it unless parental consent has been given in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes
